In 1995, Pixar animation and Walt Disney revolutionized the movie industry with the release of Toy Story. When child Andy receives Buzz Lightyear, voiced by Tim Allen, he begins to reject his tried-and-true toys like Bo Peep, Rex, and cowboy doll Woody, voiced by Tom Hanks. After Woody’s jealousy of Buzz becomes uncontainable, Woody tries to dump Buzz. This puts both the toys plastic and cloth lives in danger when they are stolen by unruly neighbor Sid. The Toy Story buzz - haha, punny - became one of the most well known children’s classics of the era. In later years, Toy Story became a trilogy as new toys undertake crazy adventures.
